About Us & Our History

Fiesta Texas Online is the largest online gathering of local roller coaster enthusiasts and fans of Six Flags Fiesta Texas and a prominent resource for fans of SeaWorld San Antonio.

The site was originally founded in 2000 as a small roller coaster fan site featuring several Texas theme parks. A year later, the staff found that it would be best to shift efforts to exclusively covering one park; Six Flags Fiesta Texas. In late 2001, the site relaunched under the name SFFTNet (Six Flags Fiesta Texas Network) and prepared for construction coverage of Scooby Doo Ghostblasters: The Mystery of the Haunted Mansion. In 2003, James joined our staff who allowed us to provide more statistics, news, and park information.

The site has continued to grow, and you are now reading the result of hundreds of hours of work to provide you with the most comprehensive guide to Six Flags Fiesta Texas. In August 2011, the site e celebrated it's eleventh anniversary with an average of over 4 million views annually.

Our Staff

• Brandon D. is a University of Texas at Austin Graduate and longtime Fiesta Texas fan.
• James B. is a Texas Lutheran University Graduate and Six Flags Fiesta Texas Alumnus.
• Stacy B. is a longtime San Antonio native, is also a Six Flags Fiesta Texas Alumnus, and is about the biggest Fiesta Texas fan you'll ever meet.

Theme Park Guides
In late 2006, A coalition started by Fiesta Texas Online created a special alliance between several other high quality theme park resources, known as The Association of Theme Park Guides. The organization has grown to feature some of the highest quality Theme Park resources available on the internet today.
